children's czar

In so many cases of child exploitation, abduction or murder cases like JonBenet's we too often hear of compromised and even lost evidence with allegations of substandard investigation tactics or procedures at local, state or even federal levels.

Defense du jour, this issue will also raise it's ugly head in the now confirmed homicide of Little Caylee and pending murder trial of her own mother.

If the automotive industry may be getting a car czar to oversee it's activities that may need improvement, why not similar for cases like JonBenet's or anywhere a child is harmed or at risk where a botched investigation could inhibit justice.
