JonBenet's demise is listed as the notable crime of 1996 in memorializing the history of Microsoft over at it's Channel 9. That year we were using Internet Explorer version 2.0 while MS and America Online (AOL) formed a partnership. It seems like a lifetime ago, some 84 dog years and the same if you happen to work in technology. Odds are it may seem just as long for those waiting for answers and followers of JonBenet's case--
