Doesn't seem to matter what the story is; if it happened on Colorado and involved a six year old someone will inevitably mention the name JonBenet Ramsey. So the 'balloon boy' saga is still unfolding and the parents are facing several potential charges for their lies and deception.
Contrary to the flack Larimer County Sherriff Jim Alderden is taking from some corners, I do like how authorities and the major media networks appeared to cooperate by intentionally dishing out bogus information to get the job done--
