"...New District Attorney Stan Garnett says he hasn't made a decision on whether his office will continue to head up the investigation, or whether it will go to the Boulder Police or Boulder County Sheriff's Department.

Garnett took over the job of district attorney last week.Garnett says there are leads that have to be reviewed. They come in "pretty regularly," he said.
