Hysterically miscatagorized as some mystical indication of complicity or a revealing clue in JonBenet's murder, media sound bites captured from family members about forgiving her killer have been under ridiculous debate as soon as uttered over a decade ago. Those with an ounce of sophistication appreciate how media quotes are teed up while the easy targets of the hype vulnerable set holds onto such things with a vengence.

On the other hand, those compassion and sensibility understand the uniquely personal process of coming to terms with a tragedy, just as Kelsey Grammar applies, pictured here with his sister Karen who was brutally murdered in 1975.

Forgiveness.

Maybe it is time to try to forgive the Boulder Police Department. Since JonBenet was killed the BPD has been wrong and often accused of many things such as incompetence, life destroying missions, fostering a modern day public lynching and a complete lack of interest in fair justice. Maybe too is also time to forgive those that continue to perpetuate the gossip, slander and opportunism. If JonBenet's case caught your attention, what about you...can you forgive them?--
