jello on the flatirons

Michael Sutorius writes today of his adventure in Boulder, where he notes JonBenet Ramsey is identified among those associated with, or hailing from, the "smartest city" in the US. Apparently so does Eric Reed Boucher, aka self-defined anarchist Jello Biafra. Perhaps like The Blunder Police Department or the story of that has-been substitute killer, Jello's wiggle and jiggle might not be Boulder's most honorable academic mention--
