when in Altanta

By the number of ornaments hanging in the dogwood tree and flowers or mementos scattered around the resting places one can see many people stop by the cemetery where JonBenet and Patsy Ramsey are buried.


If a cemetery could be quaint this one certainly is, small and secluded, loaded with southern history. I don't think it would be a stretch to speculate why the Ramseys chose this location back when JonBenet's oldest sister Beth was killed in an automobile accident. Back then it may have been a peaceful spot where a family could visit privately. Since 1996 I don't think much privacy for families is possible for bumping into a spectator visiting for one reason or another, snapping pictures or leaving behind notes and trinkets at JonBenet and Patsy's resting places.

When one travels to the nation's capital on the sightseeing list may be paying respects at the resting places of lawmakers, Presidents and veterans. JonBenet's grave has become similar when visiting Atlanta--

Marietta is a great place, that’s where I live. You really should bring as much money as your budget will allow. There is alot to do in the Atlanta area. In Marietta you have White Water Amusement Park.

6 Flags is a must
The new Aquarium
Coca-cola Museum (fun place to try coke from all over the world)
Olympic Park
Peachtree St. (one of the most famous streets in the country)
Underground Atlanta
High Museum of Arts
Cyclorama (at the zoo)
Fox Theater (even if you don’t go inside, try to see the outside, it’s beautiful)
