It's been awhile since Captain High Pants has tried, or succeeded, at drawing draw attention to himself as being responsible for the murder of JonBenet Ramsey. Having secured and lost as many as a dozen teaching positions over just a few years in far away and exotic places, Karr's name as an undesirable expelled from Thailand in 2006 made news in Korea helping to bolster the expansion of the ever growing bad teacher blacklist --Posted at Gusts of Popular Feeling

The blacklist story also made MBC ("Foreign language hagwon, Unbelievable native speaking teachers") and SBS ("English speaking sex criminals openly teach English in Asia").
